Welcome to the 2022 Season. We have a new online system for applications, and ask that you get your images and bio ready before you fill out the form.

Returning Artist – Application Deadline – Extended!

Please be sure to read rules and regulations since changes may have occurred. Returning artists will be juried, so please send 4 photos and updated bio (digital files can be added below) in addition to your application and entrance fee to reserve your space. Your location and acceptance are not guaranteed without both application and entrance fee. Applications without entrance fee will be placed on a waiting list until paid in full. We would like to remind you that you may only show medium for which you have been juried. Should you wish to show a different medium you must send the appropriate photos with your application to be juried.

New Artist – Application Deadline – Extended!

The Kawartha Arts Festival is a juried Arts Festival, and your application will be juried by the Board of Directors. Due to the number of artists who wish to participate, there is a limited number of spots in each category. Should a category become full, artists will be placed on a waiting list, first-come first-served. To apply please fill our the application form including your bio and images. Your location and acceptance are not guaranteed without both application and entrance fee. Applications without entrance fee will be placed on a waiting list until paid in full. Your photos and bio may be used for publicity for the show.

Insurance: Exhibitors must carry their own insurance.

Payment: KAF accepts payment by both cheque and e-transfer, but your application is on hold until your payment has been received.
