Welcome to the 2024 Application for the Kawartha Arts Festival.  There are a few changes this year that you will want to be aware of.

  • Replacing the Marquee:  We will be replacing the Marquee with three 20 x 30 tents which will have sides.  Vendors needing a tent can either rent one from our supplier * or purchase their own.  There are limited spaces in the Mini Marquee and the AG Building, so apply and pay your fee as soon as possible to ensure a space.  First come, first reserved basis when fee is received.
  • All Applications must be in by May 15th after which we will not be accepting applications.  We will not be extending this.
  • All Payments must be in by May 31st at the latest.  No space is reserved until payment is received.
  • Cancellation policy:  Cancellations only accepted until June 15th.  Less $50 Administration charge. No refunds after June 15th.

As always we try and accommodate people with the same spot as the previous year, but can’t be guaranteed.  Will depend based on numbers registered and setup.
